Privacy Policy
ReceiptWorld is a personal archive of your spending that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you put into it.

- No analytics or ads
- No tracking
Information we collect
We do not collect any information. ReceiptWorld has no accounts, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The developer never receives your purchases, notes, photos or settings.
Stored on your device
The purchases you add, their notes, the categories you create and the receipt photos you attach are stored locally inside the app on your iPhone or iPad, together with your preferences. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and ReceiptWorld does not connect to banks or payment services.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a receipt. When you pick a photo from your library, only that photo is copied into the app; the rest of your library is not read.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, iOS schedules it locally on your device. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in the Settings app.
Sharing and export
Your data leaves the device only when you export it yourself as a CSV or JSON file through the share sheet. Where that file goes is your choice.
Third party services
ReceiptWorld does not use any third party services, software development kits or data providers.
Deleting your data
You can remove sample data or delete every purchase in Settings, Data. Reset progress in Settings erases every purchase, receipt photo and custom category and restores the default settings. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Children
ReceiptWorld is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will arrive with an app update and appear on this page.
